JA South Africa is excited to announce our 2021 Company of Year country winners, Keyscape.
KeyScape sells key-tag trackers. The key-tag tracker allows one to find lost items with ease, simply attaching the tracker to items like keys, wallets, and handbags. The device is synchronised with the “iTag” or “iSearching” application from any smartphone via the Google Play or Apple App store.
Users press a button on the app and the key-tag tracker alerts users of lost items with the alarm until the lost item is located. The cost-effective tracker uses Bluetooth instead of data to locate the lost or stolen item. If the tracker goes out of the Bluetooth range – which could be an indication that the tracked item was stolen – then the application on your phone starts to beep, alerting users to potential theft of their belongings. The low energy consumption device allows the lithium battery to work for up to six months before needing to be replaced.
This big picture idea and innovative creation really caught the attention of our local judges and JA South Africa is excited to have Keyscape represent South Africa in the regionals taking place from 24 – 26 February 2022, with our host country being Mauritius.
